Other Info of Note: She has a 6 ½-month-old Queen Elizabeth Pocket Beagle puppy named Begley, meaning “little hero.” The tiny, 6-inch tall puppy often accompanies Annora to her classes and wonders around, greeting students as they enter the classroom.

Appearance: Annora stands tall at 5'10'' with a slender, slightly-toned build, and a lightly-tanned skin tone. Her reddish-purple hair is a little shorter than shoulder-length with choppy, uneven layers and long, sweeping bangs that hang loosely in her face. Icy-colored eyes shine out from beneath her bangs, and seem to change shades according to what outfit she's wearing. She usually dresses in purples and greens, though her wardrobe is filled with outfits in a wide variety of colors. When relaxing, she's usually seen in old vintage tees and multi-colored converse sneakers along with her favorite pair of jeans – medium wash denim, sand-blasted with a few random bleach spots and pieces of old shirts used as patches to cover the holes on the knees, back pockets, and places along the sides.

Personality: Warm-hearted, energetic, and somewhat quirky, Annora is very people-oriented and finds great satisfaction in making others happy. Growing up, she was taught to always be kind to others, despite who they were or how they acted. Her parents instilled in her and her older brother a strong set of morals and values, as well as a great respect for the laws and rules set in place by those in authority. Should any students step a toe out of line, they better prepare to lose a fairly painful amount of points.

Annora has an uncanny ability to read and understand people, and thoroughly enjoys being a friend to those that need a shoulder to cry on or someone to vent their frustrations to. Her down to earth, friendly personality makes her easy to approach and get along with, and she tries her hardest to keep a friendly, open environment in the classroom in hopes that all of her students will feel comfortable enough to come to her about anything that might be troubling them.

As strong and confident as she may seem to her students, her worst weakness is insecurity. She has a tendency to fish for compliments when she's feeling insecure, much to the annoyance of those around her, namely her fellow professors.

Likes: Most animals, Muggles and Muggle things, dark chocolate, cinnamon, drinking tea, playing with Begley, and making people happy.
Dislikes: Bullies, reptiles and bugs, milk chocolate, and coffee.

History: Annora was the second child born to Reagan and Dacey Lynch, a lower-middle class couple in Wexford County, Ireland. Her brother, and best friend, Gale, is four years older. Their father was ¼ wizard, their mother, a Muggle, so they were brought up in a fairly Muggle-like home. Although, they were never kept in the dark about the wizarding world. Reagan and Dacey both graduated from Hogwarts, and knew very well that they wanted to maintain a balance of wizard and Muggle lifestyles in their home.

Life at the Lynch house was fairly average. Other than birthdays and holidays, nothing really extraordinary happened in the Lynch family, until the day Gale received his letter from Hogwarts.

Money was scarce, and they could barely afford it, but Reagan and Dacey did everything they could to make it happen for their son. Even little 7-year-old Annora wanted to pitch in and help pay for her brother to attend Hogwarts. She decided that she was going to open an animal baby-sitting service to help pay for her brother's tuition. She loved animals, and thought that would be the best way to make some money.

Using a stack of old computer paper and her favorite box of crayons, Annora produced dozens and dozens of fliers to hand out to her neighbors. Of course, once she got around to handing them out, the neighbors were a bit skeptical about letting a little girl care for their beloved pets. Though, her innocent charm and persistence eventually won them over. Over the course of the next few years, Annora would look after the neighborhood animals while their owners were at work or out of town.

Her parents admired their little girl's hard work and the desire to help out, but they just couldn't bear to put all of their daughter's hard-earned money towards Gale's education. So instead of sending away all of it, they allowed for Annora to send her big brother a small sum every month to use as spending money. The rest they kept locked in the family safe until the day that Annora received her own letter from Hogwarts.

Finally that day came and Annora was so excited to be getting to go to Hogwarts, just like Gale. Dipping into their savings, they began the arduous task of getting all of her supplies. Once all of that was over, the time came for them to send their little girl off to begin her wizard schooling. They didn't worry though... They knew Gale would watch over her.

Upon arriving at Hogwarts, Annora was sorted into Hufflepuff, just like her brother. This was an exciting moment for her, knowing that she was following in her older brother's footsteps. Not only that, she knew that she had someone she knew, who would be there for her if she needed someone to talk to. Her first year seemed to fly by, but she made several friends and did fairly well in all of her classes. She never really had any true enemies. It was only the stuck up pure bloods and those that were much better off than she and her brother were when it came to finances. She remained strong, though, sticking to what she was taught as a child.

Subject wise, Annora excelled in Muggle Studies. She lived and breathed Muggles, and for that, many of her classmates thought she was weird, but that was okay. She wasn't ashamed at all. She was mostly Muggle-born anyway. She also loved Care of Magical Creatures and Charms, but was never fond of Potions or Arithmacy. In fact, she barely passed them. If it hadn't been for Gale, she would have failed miserably.

Her years at Hogwarts were exciting and full of adventure and new experiences, but by the time she reached her 7th year, she was ready to move on and pursue a career in magic. At first, she had considered following Gale and becoming an Auror, but after all the years she spent tutoring her fellow classmates in Muggle Studies, she decided, the best career choice would be to become a professor.

Upon graduating, she decided to stay in England and train herself, and become more acquainted with Muggles and their lifestyles. She took on several different odd jobs ranging from cake decorating to telemarketing before even thinking about applying for a job. She had, at first, considered applying for the Muggle Studies position at Hogwarts, but when she heard about Haunting Academy from her aunt and uncle, she decided to spread her wings and travel to America.
